Clip Of The Week
This week I found all the old footy I had from this Hubba that is super close to my house. This spot use to be pretty mellow to skate however the last time I tried to skate it we had a huge altercation and the police showed up. The good thing was the officer liked skateboarders and did not even care we were their and even that we took the railing off of the hubba. All he said was I recommend not coming back for awhile. Featured skater Hayden Kelly, Gailea Momolu, John Hanlon, and Ryan Smith.
Photo Of The Week
This was just a random photo I shot with Hayden Kelly on a portland trip right before last summer. This spot is super random, its at a police station but then on the other side of the building we were told is the Nike TF skatepark. When I was unloading my gear this meter maid came up and gave me a ticket for unloading my equipment in a loading zone......Wack.

Photo Of The Week
This Photo I shot in the summer with Tj Rogers. When I first showed Tj this spot he didn't know if he had anything for it, but after a few attempts he knew he could do something on it. He ended up getting more then one trick on it after a second time of going back. Don' t let this spot fool you it mite look perfect but its not in any way. First off its pretty high, second there is a drop on one side into a river, and the third thing is there is a gap when you come out you have to clear. Regardless of everything this spot has given me two really cool looking photos. Thanks for putting up with the spot Teej

Clip Of The Week W/ Wade Desarmo
This week I found a trick I filmed with Wade quite awhile ago and the second angle came out in "City Of New Lights". So I decided to make my angle a clip of the week and not get lost on my hard drive for another year.

Spot Check Santa Clarita Skatepark
The Santa Clarita skatepark is located about 45 mins north of LA. To me it is well worth the drive. I think this has to be one of the best outdoor parks in Southern California. It has everything you would want to skate from ledges, rails, hubbas, hips and all types of tranny. The ground is beyond perfect, everything grinds and slides amazing, sometimes alittle more then you want. One of the best things about this park is it has lights. They stay on until 9 oclock every night which in the winter is awsome because of the 5 oclock darkness. The Locals are super chill, so you don't feel out of place like at some skateparks. Nothing is worse then going to a skatepark and having every local mean muggin because you ain't from there. There is also the sickest little skate shop called "Push Skateshop". Now little local shops tend to be really hit and miss when it comes to product, however this shop is on point. They have one of the best board selections, even though a small selection compared to some shops, every board is legit. So if your ever in the Santa Clarita area be sure to check out the park.

Santa Clarita park is tight as fuck. This place is fuckin' huge! One of the biggest parks I have ever been too. This park has sick ass locals too which is hard to find down there and has everything you could ask for and more. One of the better parks to slosh In the Valley. Only bad thing is that there are too many fuckin' scooter kids. Other than that its amazing. Get there while you can fool! - Hayden Kelly

photo Of The Week
This photo I shot awhile ago randomly while skating this perfect ledge, the only thing is it weighs a huge amount. It took 4 of us to move it 5 feet. Once we got it to the middle of the parking lot it didn't take Dan long to land this switch noseblunt.

I'm Back

Hey everyone, Sorry for the lack of posts I have just been busy with a bunch of shit.
I am Once again back in California and I have been here for the past 2 weeks. Brandon Del Bianco and Will Marshall were here aswell but left a few days ago. Tomorrow Micky Papa and Arte Lew will be joining Myself and Hayden Kelly for a bit. I am planning on updating my blog with some new things. These things will be stuff like Photo of the week, clips of the week and skatepark spotchecks. For now though here is what we do in california to avoid smelly pants that you don't want to wash everyday. What you do is turn your pants inside out and roll them up, and just simply put them in the freezer. This keeps your pants nice and crisp without fading the color and killing the bad smell and bacteria.

First Week In California
So it was a week ago Hayden, Andrew and Myself left Vancouver and set out for California. In the last update we were in Sacramento. Well since then we left Sacto and Came down to Simi Valley where we will be spending the remainder of our trip. Here are some more random photos from the past week.

This spot is only a couple mins from the house we are staying at in simi, the ledges are a bit chunked now but still fun

California Part 1
On Sunday I left Vancouver and Took a venture down to California with Hayden Kelly and Andrew Classon. We got into Sacramento At about 12:30 that night, as soon as we got to into the parking lot of the Motel 6 we all got alittle excited to skate just knowing we were in California. Just as we got out of the car I quickly noticed a tour type looking van, and noticed a huge LRG sticker on it, i quickly made the joke "hey how sick would it be if that was the LRG van". After we checked into the hotel I lurked the LRG site and sure enough it said the LRG team did a demo the day before at EPIC Indoor skatepark. The next morning as I was getting ready, Hayden and Andrew went outside to play a game of skate and sure enough while they were playing skate some of the team soon heard the noise of the skateboarding and came outside to say wuddup. Once I got outside the whole team was at there van getting ready to go skate, We asked if they could help us with finding some spots, unfortunately none of them were from Sacto, however the TM said he knew someone that did, he yelled up to one of the rooms they all came out from and out came local photographer Jeff Landi, he was more then happy to give us directions to spots and within 5 mins we had a list to last us a few days. Thanks Jeff!
